Find the Right Program for Your Child
Mindful Boxing Therapy blends controlled boxing movements with mindfulness practices to help children develop emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and self-awareness.
What Is Mindful Boxing Therapy?
This is not combat boxing. Instead, we use intentional movement, breathwork, rhythm, and guided reflection to give children healthy tools to release stress, build resilience, and strengthen their mind-body connection.
Difficulty focusing or managing emotions
Anxiety, stress, or big feelings
Low confidence or frustration
A need for structured physical expression
A desire to turn "impulse" into "intention" through disciplined, rhythmic movement that sharpens executive function.

Focus, attention, and managing distractions
Personalized pacing, goals, and skill progression tailored to your child
Train Together
Small Group Sessions
Small Group Sessions are structured, high‑energy classes for siblings or small friend groups that blend non‑contact boxing, games, and mindset coaching with age‑appropriate social‑emotional learning. Each session is designed so children practice moving their bodies, managing their emotions, and working together toward shared goals in a fun, supportive environment.
Best for:
Social skills — Children practice taking turns, using respectful language, and encouraging each other during partner drills and group activities.
Collaboration and peer connection — Siblings and peers learn to communicate, solve problems, and support one another as a team.
Shared motivation — Training together helps children stay accountable, celebrate each other's progress, and push through challenges as a group.
Learning through community — In a small, safe group, students see they're not alone in their struggles and build confidence by growing alongside others.
